4. Crusty microwaves can be easily cleaned with the help of vinegar. With equal parts hot water and vinegar placed in bowl, on high power, microwave the concoction for 5 minutes. The vinegar rich steam will loosen and sanitize the interior. You can then simply wipe away the remnants.
5. Dishwasher and coffee pots can get renewed with vinegar. For both appliances, pour a cup of pure vinegar through a cycle to dissolve soap buildup and residue.

1. Shower heads can lose effectiveness with a buildup of crusted mineral deposits. Vinegar has the capability to break down the deposits, to restore the shower head to their original glory. Soak the head in ½ cup of vinegar and 1 quart water for 15 minutes.
2. Clogged drains can be a real nuisance, and if you prefer to use a more natural method, or don’t have any pre-designed chemicals, vinegar can be just as efficient. Pour 1 cup of baking soda down the drain and chase it down with 1 cup vinegar. While the pipe foams, boil a pot of water and pour it down the drain to rinse away the sludge.
3. Destroying germs surrounding the tub and sink with a pure dose of vinegar in a spray bottle. Generously apply, and wipe the germs away with a clean, dry cloth.
4. For a neglected toilet bowl in serious need of refreshment, pour 1 cup of vinegar in the bowl and allow it to set over night. Scrub the bowel and flush to refresh your bowl.
5. Faucets in both the bathrooms and kitchen that get a lime buildup can be cleaned. 1 tsp vinegar and 2 tsp salt paste can be applied to the faucets, allow it to set 15 minutes and wipe clean.
 

Cleaning Carpets With Vinegar

1. Carpets stains can be dealt with 2TBS distilled white vinegar ¼ cup salt or baking soda. Gently blot mixture into stain, with for it to dry and vacuum stain away. Always test in an inconspicuous spot to ensure it is compatible.
